Senior Account Clerk

About the role

The Senior Account Clerk will join Rita 9 Media in a part‑time, hybrid capacity, working both from the office in Dubai and remotely. The role focuses on managing client accounts, processing invoices and ensuring accurate financial records. You will also contribute to improving financial processes and ensure compliance with deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, process invoices and track payments.
• Update ledgers, reconcile statements and prepare basic financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely billing and collections.
• Respond to client queries and support account managers with financial data.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability and high accuracy in financial record‑keeping.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Foundational finance knowledge covering invoicing, reconciliations and basic reporting.
• Customer‑service orientation and account‑management capabilities.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
