Senior Account Executive – Enterprise SaaS

About the role

This high‑impact, individual‑contributor position is based full‑time in Dubai and focuses on expanding Supersub’s enterprise SaaS footprint across the United Arab Emirates. You will own a quota‑carrying territory and sell complex software solutions to top‑tier banks, investment firms, law firms and private‑equity organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve monthly and annual revenue targets through new‑business acquisition and territory expansion.
• Generate and manage a robust enterprise pipeline by executing targeted prospecting campaigns and maintaining disciplined outreach cadences.
• Build consultative relationships with C‑suite and senior decision‑makers in financial and legal institutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, coordinate cross‑functional deal teams and negotiate multi‑stakeholder enterprise agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce.com and provide clear pipeline visibility to regional leadership.

Required profile

• Proven track record of closing complex B2B software deals within financial, legal or investment environments.
• Strong understanding of banking, investment workflows or capital‑markets processes.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills with experience engaging executive‑level stakeholders.
• Full professional fluency in English; Arabic fluency is a distinct advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent professional experience.
