Senior Account Executive – Global Payroll Solutions

About the role

Papaya Global is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business across enterprise and mid‑size international companies. You will sell a cutting‑edge platform that simplifies global payroll, payments and workforce management for organizations operating in more than 160 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage key stakeholders in target mid‑market and enterprise accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, using AI‑powered tools for prospecting and proposal development.
• Deliver tailored demos and proposals that highlight the platform’s ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Operations teams to ensure smooth hand‑over to service delivery.
• Provide consultative advice on global payroll, compliance and HR operations challenges.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience managing full sales cycles in payroll, HCM, HR technology, EOR or workforce‑management sectors.
• Proven record of selling complex SaaS solutions to mid‑market and enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of global payroll, HRIS, HCM, ERP and related ecosystems.
• Experience working with senior HR, Payroll, Finance and Procurement stakeholders in multinational firms.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
