Senior Account Manager

About the role

Equiti Group is a fast‑growing fintech broker seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its Retail Sales team in Sharjah. You will engage prospective and existing clients, both over the phone and face‑to‑face, to expand the firm’s client portfolio and support its mission of delivering accessible online trading solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new relationships through multiple channels and nurture high‑net‑worth (HNW) and partner accounts.
• Convert leads into active clients and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by demonstrating market knowledge and a differentiated client experience.
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for market and trading queries.
• Assist in planning and executing client events and provide product training.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and development teams to secure internal support for initiatives.
• Complete required training and development objectives within set timeframes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably dealing with HNW individuals and partners.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organized and capable of managing follow‑up activities.

Required skills

• Strong product knowledge of FX, equities, CFDs and related financial instruments.
• Analytical and numerical aptitude.
