Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will work on‑site in Sharjah, driving new business and expanding existing accounts within the equipment rental market. You will act as the primary contact for customers, matching their operational needs with the company’s portfolio of generators, compressors, tower lights and related power solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new leads while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess equipment requirements.
• Prepare, present and negotiate rental proposals and contracts.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and follow‑up consistently.
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets through proactive account management.

Required profile

• Proven sales, negotiation and closing abilities, preferably in B2B or industrial equipment sales.
• Strong track record of building long‑term client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
• Good understanding of generators, compressors, tower lights or willingness to learn technical product details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional UAE languages a plus.
• Experience working on‑site, conducting field visits and coordinating with operations/logistics.
• Organizational, planning and time‑management skills with attention to detail in proposals and contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to travel as required.
