Senior Accountant

About the role

CareHub, a Global Home Hospitalization Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its growing finance team. This role is ideal for accounting professionals with a strong background in financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and compliance who are looking to contribute to a dynamic healthcare organization. The successful candidate will oversee key accounting functions, ensure the accuracy of financial records, support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, and assist with financial planning and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger activities.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and support treasury operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
• Support month‑end and year‑end financial closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
