About the role
The Finance Executive will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records for Marriott Hotels & Resorts in Dubai. This role involves handling cash equivalents, processing invoices, and supporting month‑end closing activities while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Verify figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Organise, secure and maintain files, records, cash and cash equivalents.
- Record, store, access and analyse computerized financial information.
- Prepare, audit and distribute financial, accounting, auditing and payroll reports.
- Complete period‑end closing procedures and generate required reports.
- Prepare, review, reconcile and issue bills, invoices and account statements.
- Follow‑up on past‑due accounts and vendor invoices until resolved.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related finance or accounting experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and adhere to company policies.
