Senior Aftermarket Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Aftermarket Sales Engineer to lead aftermarket activities across the UAE. The role focuses on generating business from spare parts, refurbishments, upgrades, shutdown services, and maintenance contracts for cooling tower systems and related mechanical equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand aftermarket sales opportunities across UAE projects and facilities.
• Generate enquiries through client visits, site assessments, and market development activities.
• Promote aftermarket solutions including spare parts, retrofits, upgrades, and service contracts.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Conduct site inspections to identify service and replacement opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and facility operators.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalisation.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or aftermarket sales.
• Proven experience in the UAE market and a valid UAE driving licence.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and drive business development.
