Senior AI Engineer – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise‑grade AI solutions for large‑scale business environments in Abu Dhabi. The role blends deep software engineering expertise with cutting‑edge LLM and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation technologies to deliver secure, scalable AI‑enabled products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑powered applications using modern LLM frameworks and OpenAI technologies.
• Build and optimise Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that combine structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Develop scalable backend services with Java Spring Boot and Python, exposing APIs and micro‑services for AI workloads.
• Integrate OpenAI SDKs, Langfuse observability tools, and Microsoft ecosystem services such as Graph API and WorkIQ.
• Design data models and manage PostgreSQL databases supporting AI solutions.
• Create frontend and mobile experiences with React Native.
• Deliver integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance and performance standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, security teams and business stakeholders to define use cases and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise‑scale applications.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi‑integration projects with high‑volume workloads.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
