Senior AI Product Manager Energy/Oil

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead generative AI initiatives for energy and oil clients across the United Arab Emirates. You will guide clients through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and concept to scalable deployment, ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable business value while meeting regional compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with client innovation teams, digital units and executive stakeholders to define GenAI product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Translate AI potential into product roadmaps, MVPs and scalable roll‑outs for public and private sector organizations.
• Lead discovery workshops and opportunity mapping for high‑value use cases in energy, healthcare, retail and government.
• Collaborate with EPAM engineering, data‑science and design teams to ensure robust, compliant, and impactful delivery.
• Embed data‑privacy, localization and ethical AI practices into product design and implementation.
• Guide clients through AI adoption maturity, from pilot projects to enterprise‑wide integration.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience in AI, data‑driven solutions or enterprise platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business or a related field.
• Proven success leading end‑to‑end product development or digital transformation in the energy sector, preferably with upstream oil knowledge.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to communicate AI value to both business and technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Middle East regulatory frameworks and sector‑specific compliance requirements.
