Senior Analyst Associate Manager Marketing Strategy – Bangkok Based, Relocation Provided

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst / Associate Manager to lead marketing strategy in its Abu Dhabi office. The role sits within a highly data‑driven marketing team that builds measurable campaigns to increase customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, run and optimise paid‑search experiments across platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor and Trivago.
• Analyse experiment results, develop predictive models and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards that monitor campaign performance and growth levers.
• Collaborate with product and finance teams to implement pricing and bidding strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, or science).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Tripadvisor and Trivago advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis and modelling techniques.
