Senior Architect – Hospitality & Sustainable Design

About the role

SPERI UAE is looking for a Senior Architect to lead the Architecture and Interior Design hub in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering sustainable, culturally‑responsive designs across hospitality, residential and workplace projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop design solutions that meet client specifications and sustainability goals.
• Lead the design and execution of hospitality projects, ensuring integration of sustainable practices.
• Coordinate detailed design documentation and project coordination activities.
• Engage with clients, consultants and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design, with strong involvement in hospitality projects.
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language.
• Proven experience in sustainable design and project leadership.
• Strong communication, leadership and project management abilities.

Required skills

• LEED certification (or equivalent).
• BREEAM certification (or equivalent).
