Office Engineer (Female) – Project Planning & BOQ

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Female Office Engineer with hands‑on experience in project planning, BOQ preparation, budgeting, and project approvals to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines
• Prepare, review, and manage BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and material requirements
• Monitor project costs and ensure activities remain within the approved budget
• Handle and coordinate project approvals with consultants, authorities, and relevant parties
• Prepare and review technical documents, reports, quotations, and project documentation
• Coordinate directly with engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, identify delays or issues, and coordinate necessary actions
• Review project requirements, specifications, drawings, and related documentation
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure timely submission of required documents

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Proven hands‑on experience in project planning and budgeting
• Strong practical experience preparing and managing BOQs and cost estimates
• Experience handling project approvals and coordination
• Ability to independently manage assigned project planning and documentation tasks
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and relevant engineering/project management tools
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Arabic‑speaking candidates are highly preferred
• UAE experience is preferred
• Immediate availability is an advantage
