Senior Architect – Revit

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect with strong Revit expertise to lead architectural projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing design from concept through construction, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering innovative, sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through concept design, design development, construction documentation, and site execution.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and design quality.
• Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and resolve technical issues.
• Review material selections, shop drawings, and contractor submissions.
• Mentor junior architects and support team development.
• Participate in client presentations and project meetings.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and detailing.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
