Senior Architect – Site Supervision

About the role

The Senior Architect will lead the full spectrum of architectural design and site supervision for a variety of asset types. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure design excellence, safety, and compliance across complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule and alignment with project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, safety‑in‑design principles and asset briefs.
• Lead the design process from concept through detailed design for residential, mixed‑use, commercial, public, healthcare, educational and cultural typologies.
• Prepare, develop and edit drawings, presentations and architectural documentation.
• Supervise architects, designers and other professionals, conducting qualitative design reviews and providing recommendations to executive management.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal departments to resolve design issues within budget.
• Develop and review material schedules, FF&E schedules, sample boards and mock‑ups.
• Provide strategic guidance on technical design standards and monitor compliance throughout construction.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of financial and commercial project management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of risk management, scope definition and international design standards.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams on high‑profile projects.
