Senior Associate - Internal R&D Coordination

About the role

G42 Healthcare is seeking a Senior Associate to coordinate internal AI research and development activities across its operating companies. The role supports tracking, documentation, and hands‑on contribution to AI projects, ensuring that research outputs are well‑organized and reusable.

Key responsibilities

• Track AI research initiatives across OpCos, collect structured inputs on scope, progress and outputs, and maintain dashboards and inventories.
• Prepare and maintain research documentation, experiment logs, evaluation results and technical summaries.
• Support AI R&D review meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
• Assist in organizing shared research assets such as code, models and datasets, and monitor reuse across teams.
• Contribute directly to AI research tasks, implement model components, run experiments, analyze results and document findings.

Required profile

• At least 24 months of experience in AI research, machine learning or related technical fields.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi‑team R&D projects and maintain accurate records.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in running experiments and evaluating outcomes.
