Senior Associate – Post‑Joining Consultant, Talent Attraction

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Associate to act as a Post‑Joining Consultant within its Talent Attraction and Acquisition team in the UAE. The role focuses on delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new hires across the MENA region, guiding them from their start date through the first 90 days.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new joiners from day one to Day 90.
• Proactively engage with new hires before arrival to advise on travel, documentation, medical requirements and onboarding activities.
• Partner with new joiners to create a personalized Day 1 plan and ensure readiness.
• Coordinate IT setup, workspace allocation, induction schedules, insurance enrollment and access‑card arrangements.
• Support immigration, residency and relocation processes, including assistance for dependents where applicable.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Immigration, HR Enablement, IT, AWS and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
• Maintain accurate onboarding documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries promptly and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Track records, generate reports and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required profile

• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and primary contact for new joiners.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and documentation accuracy.
