Senior Associate - Product Management

About the role

The Senior Associate will own digital products within Aldar's Digital Engineering portfolio, guiding them from concept through launch. You will work across Smart Cities, Digital Twin, and IoT/OT platforms to create solutions that boost customer adoption and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Partner with sales and marketing to design go‑to‑market campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with development and design teams to translate vision into functional releases.
• Coordinate consultants, vendors, and system integrators to meet scope, timeline, and quality targets.
• Leverage market and UX research to stay ahead of competitors.
• Use business intelligence tools to measure performance and present results.
• Integrate BIM and GIS data where spatial or asset information supports Digital Twin use cases.
• Support large‑scale, bug‑free releases on schedule and budget.

Required profile

• UAE national with at least 4 years of product management experience.
• Background in real‑estate, smart‑city, or digital‑infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication, public‑speaking, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans.

Required skills

• Proficiency with InVision for prototyping.
• Working knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems).
