Senior Associate - Salesforce Lead (Product Dev)

About the role

The Senior Associate – Salesforce Lead will drive the design, development, and support of Salesforce solutions across Marketing, Sales, Service, CPQ, Field Service, Community Cloud and MuleSoft integrations for Aldar Properties. You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in workshops with analysts and clients to capture product requirements.
• Own product and project deliverables, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain and customize CRM processes, CPQ, FSL, document generation (Conga/Nintex) and Community Cloud implementations.
• Design and develop high‑performance Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning components and Lightning Web Components.
• Manage release cycles, CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Azure DevOps) and change‑control best practices.
• Build and maintain integrations with ERP, SAP, Fusion, payment gateways and other systems using MuleSoft.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and support QA activities, providing training to end‑users.
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely fixes.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models and best practices.
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
