Senior BIM/CAD Technician

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Senior BIM/CAD Technician to join its Dubai infrastructure team. You will be responsible for creating, modifying, and managing design drawings and 3D models across multiple projects, ensuring high quality and compliance with client and stakeholder requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain BIM models, perform clash detection and resolution.
• Coordinate with CAD managers, design leads, and multidisciplinary teams to meet project deadlines.
• Produce engineering drawings, layouts, isometrics, and component details from sketches and design data.
• Manage BIM activities from project kickoff to hand‑over, including documentation and archiving.
• Extract schedules and quantities from models and support QA/QC reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM/CAD for infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards, and project documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse technical teams.
