Senior Brand Specialist

About the role

Audemars Piguet is seeking a Senior Brand Specialist to lead brand initiatives for its luxury watch portfolio in the Middle East. The role combines deep product knowledge with strategic marketing execution to strengthen brand presence across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of Audemars Piguet’s heritage, collections, reference numbers, pricing, and sales narratives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities.
• Develop and implement creative brand and media initiatives aligned with global brand strategy.
• Support the annual brand calendar, lead product launches, partnerships, and campaigns.
• Identify and execute innovative marketing actions to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage brand projects, activations, events, and campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with agencies, internal stakeholders (Retail, CRM, Logistics, Finance) and external partners.
• Conduct post‑project reviews and capture learnings for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of relevant brand or marketing experience, preferably in luxury or watch industry.
• Strong understanding of brand fundamentals, heritage storytelling, and product positioning.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and external agencies.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
