Senior Business Analyst – Fintech & Payments

About the role

Linnk Group is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its Fintech and Payments team in Dubai. The role focuses on analysing business requirements, shaping digital payment solutions, and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver effective outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams.
• Support payment solutions involving wallets, card issuing/acquiring, and transaction processing.
• Analyse system integrations, APIs, micro‑services, and non‑functional requirements.
• Participate in process improvement and digital banking initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong expertise in Fintech, Payments, Banking or Digital Banking domains.
• Knowledge of wallets, card issuing/acquiring, payment processing and transaction lifecycles.
• Understanding of KYC/AML, fraud, disputes, reconciliation and settlement processes.
• Familiarity with PCI‑DSS, ISO 27001 and UAE/CBUAE regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP or CSPO and UAE fintech experience are a plus.

Required skills

• Business analysis documentation: BRD/FSD, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria.
• Process modelling with BPMN 2.0.
• Tools: Jira and Confluence.
• Technical concepts: APIs, integrations, micro‑services, non‑functional requirements.
• Regulatory knowledge: KYC, AML, PCI‑DSS, ISO 27001, UAE/CBUAE regulations.
