Senior Business Analyst

About the role

ARENGY is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the strategy and organization of its Healthcare IT platforms for a major banking and insurance client in Dubai. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the platform delivers maximum business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document business needs, operational procedures, and system requirements for Health and Life platforms.
• Coordinate daily activities of Business Analysts, developers, testers and other technical resources to deliver functional enhancements.
• Monitor platform stability, propose and implement improvements.
• Manage the backlog of enhancements and issues, prioritising deliveries to meet business objectives.
• Support the delivery team in releasing new features and iterations, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with solution architects, vendors and project managers to produce low‑level design and integration specifications.
• Review and challenge effort estimates, safeguarding development budgets.
• Work closely with test leads to define test plans, scripts and user‑acceptance criteria.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, preferably within healthcare or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Healthcare IT platforms and related business processes.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable solutions.
• Experience in backlog management and agile delivery environments.
