Senior Business Development Account Executive – Simulation Specialist

About the role

Shield AI is seeking an International Aechelon/Simulation Sales Specialist to accelerate growth of its Aechelon simulation portfolio across international markets. The role works as a specialist seller within the go‑to‑market team, partnering with regional sales leaders and account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth of the Aechelon simulation portfolio in priority international regions.
• Identify, shape and advance simulation opportunities with customers and partners.
• Position the Aechelon portfolio, support customer engagement and develop opportunities.
• Provide specialist sales support to regional teams and assist complex pursuits.
• Translate simulation capabilities into clear customer value.

Required profile

• Collaborative, commercially‑minded specialist seller comfortable in a matrixed, fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to build credibility with customers and support regional sales teams.
• Strong ownership, responsiveness and commercial judgment.
• Experience working across teams, regions and time zones.
