Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

Ripple is expanding its ecosystem with the newly launched stablecoin RLUSD and a portfolio of real‑world asset tokenizations on the XRP Ledger. We are looking for a senior business development professional to drive regional growth, build strategic partnerships, and bring more financial assets on‑chain across the Middle East & Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business development strategy for RLUSD and native RWAs on the XRP Ledger.
• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, digital exchanges, PSPs, enterprises and crypto‑native companies.
• Lead deals from sourcing through contract negotiation to final execution, presenting outcomes to senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, customer success, compliance, legal and finance teams to ensure smooth deal delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison for partners and prospects in the Middle East & Africa region.
• Represent Ripple at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships or sales within banking, finance, technology, consulting or crypto.
• Proven track record in Trad‑Fi, FinTech and digital‑asset environments.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, tokenization and stablecoins.
• Demonstrated success in creating first‑of‑its‑kind partnerships and closing complex deals.
• Extensive network of contacts in financial services, payments and crypto sectors.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and collaborative skills.
