Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

VicTree Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead services revenue growth across the UAE and the wider GCC region. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will own a USD 3 million annual services target and drive the expansion of strategic enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the USD 3 M annual services revenue target for the MENAT region.
• Generate a qualified pipeline with 3–4× coverage through partner referrals, outbound outreach, ABM, events and personal network.
• Develop and nurture relationships with regional sales teams at Adobe, Shopify and Odoo to unlock co‑sell motions.
• Lead consultative sales cycles from discovery to close, shaping solutions across Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, Odoo ERP, AI/ML, cloud and mobile services.
• Expand existing accounts and acquire new logos in retail, real estate, logistics, healthcare and government digital transformation programs.

Required profile

• 12–16 years of experience in selling digital consulting services in the Middle East.
• Currently based in Dubai and able to work onsite.
• Proven track record of meeting multi‑million‑dollar revenue targets.
• Strong network with platform partner sales teams and enterprise decision‑makers.
