Senior Buying Manager – Luxury Footwear

About the role

As Senior Buying Manager for Level Shoes, you will lead the luxury footwear and accessories buying strategy, shaping the brand portfolio and driving commercial success across retail and e‑commerce channels. This high‑impact leadership role requires building strong relationships with top luxury brands and inspiring high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the buying strategy for luxury footwear and accessories, aligning with business objectives.
• Lead seasonal buying, assortment planning, open‑to‑buy (OTB) management, and product lifecycle decisions to maximise sales, margin and profitability.
• Build and strengthen relationships with international luxury brands, negotiate commercial terms and create long‑term strategic partnerships.
• Represent Level Shoes with CEOs, Brand Directors and senior stakeholders across the luxury industry.
• Continuously identify market trends, new brands and commercial opportunities to keep the assortment relevant and differentiated.
• Partner closely with Merchandising, Planning and other cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury buying or merchandising, preferably in footwear and accessories.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior brand executives.
• Ability to anticipate market trends and act proactively.
• Leadership capability to inspire and manage high‑performing teams.
