Solar Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Solar Sales Manager to grow our low‑voltage energy storage battery business across Dubai and the wider UAE. The role focuses on building a network of local distributors, solar shops, installers and dealers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the distribution network for low‑voltage energy storage batteries in Dubai and the UAE.
• Identify, acquire and manage relationships with solar distributors, electrical shops, installers, battery dealers and system integrators.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face visits to generate new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts.
• Handle the full sales cycle from initial contact through quotation, negotiation, order placement and repeat orders.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and provide feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in solar, energy storage, batteries or related renewable‑energy products.
• Existing network of contacts with solar shops, distributors or installers in Dubai/UAE is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to develop new customers through cold calling, field visits and networking.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Fluent English and Arabic; valid UAE driving licence preferred.
