Senior Chef de Partie – Luxury Hotel Kitchen

About the role

Join the culinary team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina as a Senior Chef de Partie. You will lead a kitchen section in a 5‑star hotel, ensuring every dish meets the brand’s high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and plate high‑quality dishes according to hotel recipes and guest expectations.
• Supervise daily operations of the assigned kitchen section, maintaining smooth workflow during service.
• Coach and motivate Chef de Parties, Demi Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs and trainees.
• Monitor food preparation for consistency, portion control and waste minimisation.
• Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain stock levels, assist with inventory control and ordering.
• Contribute to menu development by suggesting new dishes and seasonal specials.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or a strong Chef de Partie ready for progression in a luxury or 5‑star hotel environment.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a passion for developing culinary talent.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine.
