Senior Construction Installation Manager

About the role

Worley is a global energy, chemicals and resources consultancy delivering end‑to‑end projects. The Senior Construction Installation Manager will lead the PMC construction team in Abu Dhabi, ensuring safe, on‑time and on‑budget delivery of a multi‑billion‑dollar oil & gas EPC project.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the project safety culture and ensure HSSEQ targets are met.
• Coordinate all construction activities, overseeing contractors, engineers and supervisors from FEED through EPC completion.
• Review and approve construction procedures, method statements, permits to work and as‑built documentation.
• Monitor resource allocation, equipment delivery, material handling and progress against the construction schedule.
• Manage interface with the owner, licensors and PMC home‑office disciplines to resolve issues and close out site activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of FEED/EPC execution in oil & gas or petrochemical, with at least 5 years in the GCC.
• Proven experience on mega EPC projects (> US$1 billion), including ADNOC, offshore and brown‑field assignments.
