Senior Consultant – Transfer Pricing

About the role

Young Global is expanding its Transfer Pricing team in Dubai and seeks a Senior Consultant to lead client engagements. The role combines technical transfer pricing work with client relationship management in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and inter‑company agreements.
• Support clients with UAE transfer pricing compliance and OECD requirements.
• Assist in transfer pricing planning, audits, and advisory engagements.
• Conduct functional, economic, and industry analyses.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high‑quality service.
• Support managers and directors in managing engagements and mentoring junior team members.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of transfer pricing experience, with at least 1 year in the UAE preferred.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, ADIT, CTA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax.
• Familiarity with UAE Transfer Pricing regulations.
• Understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
• International tax principles and documentation preparation.
