Senior Contracts Specialist (Pre/Post)

About the role

The Senior Contracts Specialist (Pre/Post) will lead the development and optimisation of contracts, procurement processes and supplier performance frameworks for Wasael Property Management. This role ensures best‑value delivery, compliance and risk mitigation across the asset management portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Asset Management Contracts team to achieve efficiency, value and governance objectives.
• Collaborate with procurement and contract leads to define SLAs, KPIs and manage contract variations.
• Oversee compliance with facilities‑management, company and client policies for all sites.
• Develop and maintain reporting templates, dashboards and data‑capture methods for operational and financial performance.
• Design and update contract and compliance policies aligned with regulations and internal standards.
• Draft, review, execute and monitor contracts, assessing contractor performance against KPIs.
• Coordinate technical scoping and evaluation activities to support commercial decisions.
• Provide client interface for approvals and ensure business continuity and risk‑management practices are applied.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract management, procurement and asset‑management environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to develop policies, procedures and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of business continuity and risk‑management principles.
