Senior Corporate Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a senior recruiter to lead talent acquisition for our fast‑growing Forex and FinTech business in Dubai. The role sits within the in‑house HR team and partners directly with senior leadership to attract and hire senior and specialist talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with senior management and hiring managers to understand business and talent requirements.
• Lead recruitment for senior and specialist roles across the company.
• Proactively headhunt and source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals and industry contacts.
• Build and maintain a strong Forex/FinTech talent pipeline locally and internationally.
• Conduct market mapping and targeted searches for confidential and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, assessments, references and offer negotiations.
• Develop and implement recruitment processes and best practices.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in‑house.
• Proven experience recruiting senior‑level talent in Forex, CFD, FinTech or related financial services.
• Demonstrated success closing senior and specialist positions.
• Strong headhunting and passive candidate sourcing abilities.
• Established network within the UAE and international Forex/FinTech markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and confidence working with senior leadership.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, results‑driven approach.
