Senior Cost Manager – Post‑Contract (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Cost Manager – Post‑Contract to join our Dubai team. You will be responsible for overseeing all post‑contract financial activities on large construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and aligned with contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer post‑contract services, including interim applications, change management, variation valuations and extension of time claims.
• Conduct cost checks and valuations across all project stages, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor post‑contract costs, analyse actual expenditures, commitments and forecasts against approved budgets.
• Manage cost variances and change‑control processes, providing detailed financial analysis and contractual justification.
• Develop and maintain cost forecasting models to predict final project costs and identify overruns or savings opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with standard form contracts, particularly FIDIC, and uphold contract administration procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in cost management within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and produce accurate valuations.
• In‑depth knowledge of FIDIC standard form contracts and post‑contract administration.
• Proven ability to work independently and take personal responsibility for cost control.
