Senior Customer Solutions Engineer – Edge AI

About the role

Armada is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to lead end‑to‑end deployments of its Edge AI platform across the Middle East. The role blends hands‑on technical execution with long‑term customer ownership, ensuring solutions are live, adopted, and expanded.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site deployment, platform bring‑up, and initial workload execution for Edge AI solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical account manager after go‑live, driving adoption, operational maturity, and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and success teams to resolve issues and improve the platform.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customer teams.
• Document deployment processes and contribute to best‑practice knowledge bases.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex hardware‑software solutions in edge or industrial environments.
• Strong customer‑facing skills with a track record of long‑term account ownership.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deployments simultaneously.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with edge computing hardware and AI workloads.
• System integration, networking, and Linux administration.
• Understanding of GPU‑as‑a‑Service and AI model deployment pipelines.
