Senior Customer Success Engineer

About the role

Veeam Software is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer to own the technical relationship with enterprise customers in Dubai. You will drive onboarding, adoption, and optimization of the Veeam Data Platform, ensuring customers achieve measurable resilience and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure customer accounts, customize backup policies and storage, and guide stakeholders through the admin portal.
• Identify migration opportunities, analyze usage data, and lead success‑planning sessions to align product adoption with business goals.
• Conduct assessments, build protection plans, and recommend Veeam software architectures across the data platform.
• Run recovery simulations, apply the Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM), and deliver quarterly resilience reports.
• Monitor churn signals, define mitigation plans, and partner with renewal teams using technical insights.
• Develop business cases, calculate TCO, and present value propositions for expansion.
• Engage CISO/CIO stakeholders with clear risk and opportunity updates and support executive roadmap discussions.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns that drive adoption and expansion.

Required profile

• Highly collaborative, articulate, and extremely organized.
• Strong technical understanding of Veeam products and data resilience concepts.
