Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive insight across its cryptocurrency trading, lending and TradFi product lines. The role will support product, risk and compliance teams by turning large‑scale data into actionable intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior across Futures, Options, TradFi perpetuals and Loan products, covering onboarding to churn signals.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports tracking trading volume, open interest, fee revenue, loan portfolio health and key user metrics.
• Conduct deep‑dives into product‑specific data such as futures strategy patterns, options volume, IV trends, Greeks exposure, cross‑asset attribution and loan draw‑down trends.
• Identify and segment high‑value users, model trading LTV and credit behavior to inform product design, fee structures and risk appetite.
• Monitor data quality and resolve metric discrepancies across trading and lending systems.
• Support business, product, risk and compliance teams with ad‑hoc analyses, A/B test evaluation and impact assessments for new features and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines for futures, options, TradFi and loan datasets.
