Senior Data Analyst – Power BI Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in Business Intelligence development, particularly using Power BI. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining BI solutions that enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and interactive dashboards.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement data models and integration solutions using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Create complex calculations and measures using DAX.
• Optimize existing Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
• Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Work with on‑premise and cloud‑based data sources to deliver comprehensive BI solutions.
• Provide training and support to end‑users on Power BI tools and reports.
• Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, with at least 4 years focused on Power BI development.
• Proven track record as a BI Developer or similar role.
