About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Science Specialist to join our team and support data‑driven decision making across the organization. In this role you will work closely with business units, prepare data for analysis, and help maintain our data science platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in data preparation, including cleaning, validation, and organization for analysis.
• Maintain documentation related to data science processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Help onboard and train new users on data science tools and best practices.
• Provide technical support for data science software and tools, addressing user issues and troubleshooting problems.
• Manage and maintain data science platforms and tools, ensuring proper functionality and availability.
• Perform data analysis and statistical modeling to uncover insights and support decision‑making.
• Prepare and preprocess data for analysis, including cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
• Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and deliver data‑driven solutions.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data science and incorporate innovative approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Strong understanding of data preparation, cleaning, and feature engineering.
• Ability to document processes and train end‑users.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to present insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
