Senior Deployment Engineer (Oilfield Digitalization)

About the role

KBR is seeking a Senior Deployment Engineer to join its Abu Dhabi team for a PMC offshore project. The role focuses on deploying operational technologies across exploration, drilling, field development and production domains, ensuring seamless integration with existing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end deployment projects, from planning through commissioning.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to align technology solutions with project goals.
• Oversee integration of digital oil‑field solutions and ensure they meet engineering requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of deployment processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10‑12 years of relevant experience, including engineering requirements and project delivery.
• Extensive experience in digitalization of oil fields.
• Strong knowledge of technical software applications and workflow management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and people‑management skills.
