Senior Designer

About the role

Sandpiper Group is looking for a Senior Designer to join its creative team in Abu Dhabi. The role supports corporate communications across the UAE and the wider Asia‑Pacific region, turning complex research and policy content into clear, compelling visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the visual design of white papers, research reports and client presentations.
• Create social media graphics, infographics and other digital assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Edit and produce video content for internal and external communications.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists and client teams to ensure consistency and impact.
• Maintain design standards and ensure high‑quality output in fast‑paced, content‑heavy environments.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling through typography, layout and motion.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across different time zones.
• Excellent attention to detail and a rigorous approach to brand consistency.
