Senior Digital Change Management Specialist

About the role

ADNOC is seeking a Senior Digital Change Management Specialist to join its Digital Change Management team in Abu Dhabi. The role partners closely with business functions to capture, prioritize and describe digital demands, acting as the primary interface between the business and digital delivery teams. You will lead transition efforts, help customers adopt new digital services, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for business lines, communicating IT services and capabilities.
• Plan and lead liaison between business functions and Group Digital & Cybersecurity teams, providing guidance and maintaining positive relationships.
• Develop recommendations for coordinated application project delivery across business units.
• Evaluate joint initiatives against corporate strategy to ensure convergence and measurable success.
• Support feasibility studies in the pre‑project phase to assess solution viability.
• Market digital solutions, run awareness campaigns and promote efficient utilization.
• Develop and maintain a communications program to strengthen customer relationships.
• Define and standardize Digital change‑management strategy across group companies.
• Build and improve customer relationships through surveys, focus groups, benchmarking and usage analysis.
• Advise business lines on risks and benefits of existing and new technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in digital change management, IT service delivery or related fields.
• Proven ability to partner with business units and act as a primary interface for digital initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading transition and adoption of digital services.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity considerations within digital projects.
