IT Systems & Network Analyst – Cranleigh Abu Dhabi

About the role

Cranleigh Abu Dhabi is seeking an IT Systems and Network Analyst to manage, monitor and maintain the school’s core technology platforms. The role will provide technical expertise for business systems, develop data visualisations and support data‑driven decision making across the campus.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and maintain all core school technology systems ensuring performance, reliability and security.
• Act as the lead point of contact for school‑based business systems, providing troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and data visualisations for operational, financial and academic decision‑making.
• Extract, cleanse and analyse data from multiple platforms to produce accurate regular and ad‑hoc reports.
• Support configuration and optimisation of MIS, HR, finance, learning technologies and cloud‑based applications.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in IT systems administration, business intelligence, data analytics or educational technology environments.
