Senior Digital Innovation & AI Consultant

About the role

Watira.ai is seeking a senior professional to lead digital innovation and AI consulting engagements for government and enterprise clients in the UAE. The role combines strategic advisory, solution design, and revenue generation, requiring deep expertise in emerging AI technologies and a proven track record in AI‑focused sales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI advisory and digital transformation projects, conducting workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize use cases for Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, AI Governance and Responsible AI.
• Develop AI strategies, business cases, roadmaps, and value‑realization frameworks aligned with client objectives.
• Advise clients on AI readiness, governance, adoption, and cultural change.
• Collaborate with Watira.ai technical, architecture and delivery teams throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of AI opportunities, manage sales forecasts and achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in AI consulting, digital innovation or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in AI sales, business development and revenue generation.
• Strong ability to engage C‑level executives and translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
