Senior Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital strategy for a leading conference and exhibition organiser in Dubai. You will design, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive audience growth, engagement and measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage end‑to‑end digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned media.
• Lead social media, website, SEO and performance‑marketing initiatives.
• Create and optimise landing pages, ad copy and other digital assets.
• Monitor performance metrics, KPIs and ROI, providing regular reporting and insights.
• Identify emerging digital channels, tools and trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, external agencies and partners.
• Mentor and manage junior members of the digital marketing team.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in events, exhibitions or conferences.
• Proven track record of managing digital budgets and delivering results.
• Strong analytical, creative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
