Senior Director of Autonomous Mobility & Smart Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a senior executive to lead the creation and expansion of an autonomous mobility and smart logistics business in the United Arab Emirates. The role will shape commercial strategy, drive vehicle deployments and build a high‑performing organisation that serves logistics, retail, e‑commerce and government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute commercial strategy to achieve business growth.
• Lead the deployment and scaling of autonomous delivery vehicles.
• Manage strategic partnerships across logistics, retail, e‑commerce and government sectors.
• Engage with regulatory authorities and key stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Oversee operational performance, governance and expansion initiatives.
• Support innovation within smart mobility and advanced logistics ecosystems.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of senior leadership experience.
• Strong exposure to mobility, logistics, CEP, autonomous technologies or related sectors.
• Proven track record in commercial growth and business scaling.
• Experience working in the UAE/GCC market.
• Excellent stakeholder management and regulatory engagement capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on leadership approach.
