Senior Document Controller

About the role

Mace is seeking a Senior Document Controller to join a high‑profile residential community development in Dubai. The role combines rigorous document management with a strong focus on safety, quality and sustainability, supporting the delivery of a landmark project.

Key responsibilities

• Champion safety‑first culture while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and sustainability.
• Plan, schedule, report and provide programme insights to meet client and business objectives.
• Uphold integrity through due diligence, strategic planning and responsible decision‑making.
• Drive collaboration, knowledge sharing and strong stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate meetings, documentation and office resources, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
• Manage SharePoint, Aconex and system permissions, performing quality checks and controlling information flow.
• Maintain work‑package matrices, support contract administration and ensure effective handling of RFIs.
• Contribute to net‑zero carbon transition by identifying and managing associated emissions.

Required profile

• Degree qualification.
• Proven experience in document control within the United Arab Emirates.
• Expertise with EDMS platforms, especially Aconex and SharePoint.
• Strong communication, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Deep knowledge of project workflows, documentation processes and industry best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
