Senior Electrical Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

Belgravia Contracting Company is looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical works on high‑rise residential projects in Dubai. You will supervise site installations, ensure compliance with drawings and standards, and support the project team to meet quality, safety and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage electrical works at construction sites.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other MEP disciplines.
• Ensure execution follows approved drawings and project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and guarantee timely completion of electrical activities.
• Conduct inspections and enforce quality standards.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover of electrical systems.
• Identify and resolve technical and site‑related issues.
• Maintain compliance with HSE requirements and local regulations.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates and technical documentation.
• Monitor materials, equipment and workforce performance.
• Support project teams in achieving schedule, quality and cost targets.

Required profile

• B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years total experience in electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in the UAE.
• Proven experience on high‑rise residential building projects in the UAE.
