Architect – Design & Development Role

About the role

We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Architect to support the planning, design, development and delivery of architectural projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves turning concepts into technical drawings, coordinating documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, layouts, presentations and construction documentation.
• Assist with design development, material selection, space planning and coordination with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Review and update drawings, monitor design changes and maintain up‑to‑date project documentation.
• Communicate project requirements clearly and ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, technical and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building planning, construction methods and technical documentation.
• Excellent visual, analytical and problem‑solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple parties.
