About the role
Airswift is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a utility‑scale seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) desalination project in Dubai. The role is on‑site, full‑time, and requires an immediate start due to travel restrictions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead electrical installation and commissioning activities for the desalination plant.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Oversee testing, verification, and hand‑over of electrical systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and contractors.
- Prepare and review documentation, including as‑built drawings and commissioning reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SWRO construction.
- Proven track record of electrical installation and commissioning on utility‑scale desalination projects.
- BEng or BSc in Electrical Engineering.
- Based in the United Arab Emirates.
